SIZING & FIT
What size should I order?
Most Saleeqa pieces are cut oversized and boxy with a dropped shoulder. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down if you want something closer to the body. The Rodeo Baby Tee and the Heatmap Crop Tanks are the exceptions, both cut fitted and cropped.
Where do I find measurements?
Every product page has a Size & Fit section with a full measurement table in centimetres, taken with the garment laid flat. There is also a Size Guide covering the whole range.
Why are the edges raw on the waffle knits?
The raw edge finish on the body and sleeves is an intentional design feature. Loose threading and softening at the edges are how the garment is meant to wear in, not a fault.
PAYMENT
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, letting you spread the cost rather than paying in full upfront. Eligibility, terms and any charges are set by Klarna, not by us, and are shown before you confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in GBP. If you are shopping from outside the UK your bank will convert at their own rate.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are free and arrive within 3 to 5 working days. International times vary by destination.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. EU shipping is £10, free on orders over £200. Rest of world is £20, free on orders over £250. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item. It must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.
Who pays for return postage?
Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, one exchange per order, subject to availability.
How do refunds work if I paid with Klarna?
Once a return is received and approved, the refund is processed back through Klarna and your payment plan is adjusted accordingly.
PRODUCTS
Where are your clothes made?
Our tees and longsleeves are made in Portugal from 240 gsm organic cotton. Other pieces come from partners selected for the specific fabric or construction the design calls for.
How should I care for my garments?
Wash inside out at 20 to 30 degrees. Lower temperatures protect both the print and the colour.
Will sold out pieces be restocked?
Some are, some are one-time drops. If a piece is sold out you can enter your email on the product page and we will let you know if it returns.
THE BRAND
What does Saleeqa mean?
It is an Urdu word, saleeqa, meaning disposition, taste, style and finesse. More on the About page.
