Orders are packed and sent out the same day when placed before 12pm (GMT)(Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. All shipments will be sent with our trusted couriers Royal Mail.

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect or your address is changed within the estimated delivery time we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at saleeqaldn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the cost of shipping for a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

*Please note we only offer one exchange per order. After exchanging, refunds are not eligible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
